One-on-one therapy is great, but sometimes we just need to feel validated and know that we aren't alone in our struggles. Circles are great for that because they allow you to benefit from both active and passive participation. Depending on what you need in any given moment, you can attend a Circle and choose to passively listen and absorb, or actively share and ask lots of questions. It's kind of like allowing you to customize your own wellness journey.
