Workplace Mental Health Is an Organizational Effort, Not Just an Individual Issue

The expectations of employers to support workplace mental health and well-being have evolved significantly in recent years. In October 2022, the U.S. Surgeon General released a Workplace Mental Health Framework, intended to be a national call to action for employers to prioritize employee well-being.
